3. The Member grants to the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and publish the Images on the Company’s websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, or any other media for the purposes related to the Company’s business operations and promotions.

4. This license includes the right for the Company to store, transmit, and display the Images, and to use them in promotional materials, both online and in print, without any obligation to credit the Member or to pay any royalties or other compensation.

5. The Member acknowledges and agrees that once provided to the Company, the Company is not required to remove or delete any Images from its websites, social media platforms, or any other form of media where they have been used, even after the termination of the Member’s membership or the expiration of this Agreement.

6. The Company agrees to use the Images in a professional and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. However, the Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Images in a manner not expressly authorized by the Member.

7. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of the representations and warranties made in this clause.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication on our website. We will never claim ownership of your content but we do require a license in perpetuity from you in order to use it.
